Template messages

- This is a selection of messages which I have found come handy for the Quran Group. Rather than writing them every time, I have gathered them here Alhamdulilaah.
- Also I have included some print screens of how the messages have been written on whatsapp: to make it clear and friendly inshaAllah. I created a "Standard messages" group on whatsapp for myself and the admin team so that the messages are fully ready to be sent.
* The print screens have been made for sisters. So for a male Quran Group of course edit to your taste. Make it clear and appealing inshaAllah.


QURAN DAILY INVITATION
Asalaamu alaykum sister!
You! Yes you, are invited to join the sisters-only Quran daily whatsapp group!!! A chance to gain reward and share with other sisters inshaAllah!
OUR AIM:
This group aims to motivate you to read Quran on a daily basis and try to understand it by comtemplating on the meaning.
"Surely We have revealed it-- an Arabic Quran-- that you may understand" [12:2]
MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:You must read the Quran every day (as much as you can, but the minimum is 1 ayah of Arabic and English)
Once you have read both you must post "Read Alhamdullilah" , "done" etc.
RULES
1.You MUST post on the group daily that you've read the Quran and translation, minimum 1 ayah of each.
2.Posts must be sent between 8am-8am Uk time
3. To keep us motivated if you don't post on the group without a valid excuse an absence will be recorded. Unless their is a valid excuse Ofc
4. We know too many notifications can get annoying, so for this reason any forwarded messages, dawah photos etc are all completely prohibited in the group. Its is strictly not allowed for any member to post any added messages, i.e. conversations etc. This group is only for what is stated above.
*Note: whatsapp allows you to mute the group notifications, so don't worry about too many notification alerts"Read the Qur'an. Indeed it will come on the day of judgment as an intercessor for its companions" (hadith muslim)

Welcome to the QD family sister!
I have just added you to the group and you are now a member Alhamdulillah!

Remember you are here because Allah subhanahu wa ta ala chose you to be part of this. He has opened this door of goodness and rewards for you.. so lets walk through this door seeking His pleasure inshaAllah
May Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala grant us all sincerity and may He accept our deeds and bless them for us ameen
All u need to do is post read once you are done(quran and translation) you don't need to mention how much Qur'an you have read to keep your intentions safe inshaAllah, as long as you've read minimum 1 ayah of each
You can read anytime between 8am-8am UK time.

Please do not post 'read' until the admin has announced "new day"

Asalamu alaykum

For members who have 4 absent enquries and havent replied why:
My dear sis, inshaAllah alls well. you've got 4 absences and haven't replied to my enquirys, please let me know inshaAllah why u were absent those days as don't want u to be removed from group inshaAllah jazakillahu khay




For you(the admin) to forward to current members to invite others to the Beautiful Group:
Asalamu alaykum! InshaaAllah you are well in health and emaan. Do u know anyone that would like to be added to the Quran group inshaAllah? I will forward u the invite. inshaAllah please spread the word, need spaces to be filled InshaAllah! InshaAllah u will get mountains of ajar for encouraging people to read Allahs books.  For the members who post more than once that they have read:
 Asalamu alaykum my lovely sis. InshaaAllah u are well. Just to let you know the rules inshaAllah as I saw u posted twice, sorry if i havent made it clear- please only post once between each new day message to the next, each new message gets posted at 8am InshaAllah. So u have a full 24 hour period to post once that you have read inshaAllah. Of course if you read more than once then alhamdulillah  but you don't  need to let the group know inshaAllah . InshaAllah that makes sense May Allah bless u and reward u for all ur efforts amee


For members who you have to delete
Asalamu alaykum my lovely sis! InshaAllah you are well. I'm afraid I've had to delete you from the Quran group due to the number of absences. but not to worry, if you want to rejoin and become a regular daily member then I will add you back inshaAllah. Just let me know inshaAllah, its not a problem at all. Love you for the sake of Allah, may He reward you, bless you and may He keep you near Him always inshaAllah





For the members who dont post because of being busy:
 jazakillahu khayr for getting back to me xxx maybe set a phone alarm. Remember if you're really tied up we can read the minimal, 1 ayah of Arabic and English- inshaAllah this is doable for us all. No deeds are wasted! InshaaAllah on yawmul qiyamah we will see even an atoms weight of good, and Allah loves the good deeds which are small and regular! May Allah bless u abundantly Ameen

For members who dont post because they are ill
Oh may Allah cure u and make it a purification for u ameen!
Purification in a sense of your deeds beccause:
- The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “There is no calamity that befalls a Muslim but Allaah expiates (sin) thereby, even a thorn that pricks him.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 5640; Muslim, 2572.
- Muslim (2572) narrated that ‘Aa’ishah said: I heard the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say:“There is nothing that befalls a believer, not even a thorn that pricks him, but Allaah will record a hasanah (good deed) for him thereby, or erase from him a sin.”
- Also the Quran is a healing as Allah says: “And We send down of the Qur’aan that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe”
[al-Isra’ 17:82]
So InshaAllah try to read the Quran with the intention of Allah curing you through it, inshaAllah it will help you my sis. No medicine compares to this!

For the members who respond back to you:

For the members who post forwards on group(this is against the group rules)
Asalamu alaykum! Please don't post anything on group other than ur message saying read InshaAllah as that is a group rule, even if its islamic messages/forwards hope u don't mind inshaAllah, its just that some sisters are inclined to leave because of this. InshaaAllah that won't happen with us though  may Allah reward u for ur efforts ameen:

For the sisters who dont read because of their monthly cycle:
Jazakillahu khayr for letting me know! inshaAllah for the sisters who are on their periods and prefer not to read, they still have to post read daily inshaAllah  but only for translation inshaAllah. That way none of us miss out inshaAllah xxx

Reminding the members who have had too many absences:
My dear sis, inshaAllah alls well you've had quite a few absences, please try and keep up attendance as don't want u to be removed from group inshaAllah. jazakillahu khay

For the members who miss their Quran Daily due to having guest(a common reason amongst sisters)
OK jazakillahu khayr for getting back to me. alhamdulillah you are fulfilling a beautiful sunnah by looking after your guests:
The prophet salallahu alayhi wa sallam said "...whoever believes in Allaah and the Last Day, let him honour his guest as he is entitled.” It was said, ‘What is his entitlement, O Messenger of Allaah?” He said, “[The best treatment] for one day and one night; and hospitality is for three days, and anything after that is charity bestowed upon him. And whoever believes in Allaah and the Last Day, let him, speak good words or else remain silent.” [al-Bukhaari, 5560]
Alhamdulilah
If you can't seem to get your usual amount of Quran in which is totally understandable, you can keep up with the daily target and maybe try the minimum just 1 ayah of English and Arabic inshaAllah, inshaAllah no good deed will be wasted

For the members who feel guilty and are really trying to keep up:
OK InshaAllah! No need to feel bad my sis, this is what this group is here for inshaAllah! To help and support eachother to get closer to Allah, just as true friends would inshaAllah maybe put an alarm on ur phone daily. Or maybe ask someone else to remind u, or even to do it with you daily(husband, mum, sister, friend etc). Or sometimes its easier to get the Quran daily target done as soon as u wake up or right before u sleep. Even if its just 1 ayah of arabic and translation as Allah says, "So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it." [99:7]
May Allah help us all to get closer to Him. And may He bless u for being a part of this group, ameen


Remember when using these messages: 
Bear in mind who you are sending it to and what will benefit them and motivate them the most.  

Everyone is different and some things work, some things dont, do what YOU think is best and what would please Allah the most. 

Sometimes its better to send them a personal reply as opposed to the above standard messages. i.e, sometimes members dont post because they have had someone pass away- you have to acknowledge this in a caring and understanding manner inshaAllah.
